Your nutrition coach, in a chat

Tell it what you ate.
That’s it.

No food search, no forms, no scrolling through databases. Write a line, send a voice note or a photo — Nett logs the meal, shows you every number it used, and fixes it when you say so.

No food search

You never pick an item from a list of 40 almost-identical yogurts.

No forms

No grams to type, no meal slot to choose, no time to set. Sensible defaults, and precise when you are.

Seconds, not minutes

One message for a meal, or for the whole day. Logging stops being the reason you quit.

Three steps, and the first one is the only work you do.

1

Say what you ate

Type it, send a voice note, or snap a photo of the plate or the package. “Two eggs and toast” is enough — no food search, no portions to look up, no forms.

2

Nett logs it

It splits the meal into ingredients, weighs each one, and matches it against USDA and Open Food Facts. Calories and macros land in the right meal, at the right time.

3

Fix it in a word

Got something wrong? Say so, the way you would to a friend: “it was 90 g of oats”, “that was lunch”, “delete the dinner”. Nett updates the right meal.

Whenever you remember

The whole day, in one message.

Log meals as they happen, or all at once whenever it suits you. Put several foods and several meals in a single message — Nett splits them up and files each one in its slot, on the day you mean, even if that day was yesterday.

The day's meals with calories and macros per meal

Every number, checkable

No black box. Open any meal and see why.

Each meal opens into its ingredients: how many grams Nett counted, how many calories each one brings, and where the numbers come from — USDA, Open Food Facts, or the label you photographed.

  • Raw foods from USDA reference data
  • Branded products from Open Food Facts, by name and brand
  • Your own label photos, read as printed

Corrections in a voice note

Wrong? Just say it.

No edit screens to dig through. Tell Nett what changed — in a message or a five-second voice note — and it updates the meal you mean: the one you just logged, the one you name, or the one closest in time.

Breakfast: porridge with a banana and peanut butter
Logged breakfast: porridge with banana and peanut butter, about 520 kcal.

“Actually it was 90 grams of oats, and no peanut butter.”

Updated: 90 g oats and a banana, peanut butter removed — now 430 kcal.

A coach that knows your day

See where you stand at a glance.

Calories in and out, protein, carbs, fat and fibre against your targets, weight against your goal. Ask Nett how it’s going, or what fits in what’s left of today — it answers from your own log.

And everything around it.

Targets that keep up with you

Calories and macros follow your goal, and with Apple Health they adapt to how much you actually move and how your weight is trending.

Apple Health, built in

Weigh-ins, activity and workouts come in on their own. Your iPhone alone is enough; a watch adds more.

Your foods, remembered

Save recipes, branded products and supplements — from a photo of the package and its label. Nett uses them next time you mention them.

Goals and progress

Weight goal, weekly rate, energy balance and meal timing on one dashboard, by day, week or month.

Fasting, if you do it

Set an eating window or skip meals on a schedule; Nett keeps the plan and the log in step.

Ask it anything about your day

“How am I doing?” “What can I have for dinner?” Answers come from what you logged, not from generic advice.
